Tonight’s My Kitchen Rules elimination was Jane and Emma vs Rob and Dave. See who was eliminated from MKR tonight and their scores from the guest judges.
Entree
For entree, Rob & Dave made a Open Lobster Ravioli recipe. The lobster was cooked perfectly and it was treated with “respect”. Guy said the tomato brought the dish together. Pete agreed that the lobster was cooked to perfection and the dish was a “winner”

Jane and Emma made a Green Papaya Salad with Salt and Pepper Prawns recipe. Karen said “we have a real competition on our hands”. The dish was “superb”. Colin liked the sechaun pepper and the flavour packed a punch.

Main
Jane & Emma made a Lamb Ragù with Fettuccine and Pea Pesto recipe for main course. Colin loved the texture of the pasta, it was the sort of food he liked. Karen thought the pasta was perfectly al dente. Guy and Manu didn’t like the pea puree and basil on top, the dish didn’t need it.

For main, Rob and Dave made a Stuffed Blue-Eye Trevalla on Soft Polenta with Warm Salsa Verde recipe. Liz said the idea was great, but the fish was overcooked. Colin said it had good flavour, but it was a bit unlucky that the fish was overcooked. Pete disagreed, he preferred this dish over the pasta, his fish was cooked well.

Dessert
For dessert, Emma and Jane made a Bombolini with Raspberry Coulis and Crème Anglaise recipe. The dessert ticked every box, evenly cooked, light and fluffy. Everything was delightful.

Rob and Dave made a Mini Pavlova with Passionfruit and Raspberries recipe. The fruit flavours are lovely but the pavlova is undercooked. The dish is quite simple and the pavlova was not quite crunchy enough.
